Returns and refunds

Each item is unique, so it's a one-of-a-kind piece. You'll always find the measurements for each item in its description. My advice is to double-check that your measurements match those of the item before purchasing, to avoid returns due to incorrect sizing.

I sincerely hope you fall in love with each piece as much as I did, but if not, you can return it.

  • Returns deadline: 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and with all tags attached. The package must be returned with all its components inside. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the person making the return.
  • Refund: The refund will cover the cost of the product only. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
  • How to proceed:
  1. Please email me at janahandbrand@gmail.com with your order number or item name and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. Once the return is accepted, I will send you an email indicating the address to which you should send the product.
  3. Once I receive the product and verify that it is in good condition, with all its labels and that the packaging contains all its components, I will ask you to provide me with a bank account number (IBAN).
  4. I will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days of receiving this information.

Damaged or defective item:

If you receive an item in poor condition or with a manufacturing defect, you have up to 24 hours from the time you receive the package to send me clear photos of the damage or defect. Only after reviewing the photos will we process the return. In this case, you must send me the item so I can verify the damage. Once I receive the package and confirm the damage, I will cover the return shipping costs and issue you a full refund, including the cost of the initial shipment.
