Each item is unique, so it's a one-of-a-kind piece. You'll always find the measurements for each item in its description. My advice is to double-check that your measurements match those of the item before purchasing, to avoid returns due to incorrect sizing.

I sincerely hope you fall in love with each piece as much as I did, but if not, you can return it.

• Return period: 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
• Conditions: the item must be unused, in perfect condition and with all its labels. The package must be returned with all its components inside. The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the person making the return.
• Refund: the refund will only cover the cost of the product. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
• How to do it:
  

1. Write to me at janahandbrand@gmail.com indicating the order number and the name of the item or click the "Esercita il diritto di recesso" button. 
2. Once the return has been accepted, I will send you an email indicating the address to which you must send the product.
3. When I receive the product, I will check that it is in good condition, with all its labels and that the package has all its components inside.
4. Once the condition of the product has been checked, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase. 

Damaged or defective item:

If you receive an item in poor condition or with a manufacturing fault, please contact me as soon as possible – and, where possible, within 48 hours of delivery – by sending clear photographs of the damage or fault taken as soon as you receive the parcel. We will only be able to process the return once we have verified the photographs. In such cases, you will need to send the item back to me so that I can assess the damage. Once I have received the parcel and confirmed the damage, I will cover the return postage costs and issue you with a full refund, including the cost of the original postage. Should the damage be found to be due to misuse, wear and tear, incorrect washing or other causes not attributable to Jana Händ, the return may be refused.
